These terms are an agreement between you and Dolphin Punch LLC ("we") about playing Lucky Lap. By playing you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
The game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Lucky Lap for your own entertainment. The game, its art, music and code belong to us. The game runs on our server, so it needs an internet connection, and we may change, update or end features, events and the game itself. Some of the players you meet in the game, such as rivals in the tournament and the parks you visit when nobody is about, are run by the game rather than by people.
Your account
Your account is for you alone. Keep your device safe; whoever has it can play your account. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you; the game then sends no play statistics and leaves out Facebook sign-in and Club offers. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your data and play statistics
Our Privacy Policy says what we keep and why. By agreeing to these terms you let the game send play statistics (what happens in the game, under a random ID, never your name or contact details) to help us improve it, except where the law asks for a separate yes (the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where the game asks) and for players under 13, whose games send none. You can turn play statistics off any time in Settings, and you can ask us to delete them by writing to dolphinpunchgames@gmail.com.
Playing fair
Do not cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game or other players. Player names must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or contain personal information. We may reset progress gained unfairly, change names, or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report a player or block them from their card in the game (the three dots on them); a name several players report is hidden until we have looked at it.
Coins, rolls, stickers and other virtual items
Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred. They are a licence to use content in the game, not property. Other players' pranks and heists can take coins from your park, as the game shows. We may change how virtual items work to keep the game balanced.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are final, except where the law or the store's own refund rules say otherwise. A refunded purchase is taken back from your account. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. The odds of anything random are shown in the game before you get it.
No guarantees
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and your progress safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you in the game about important changes. We may end the game with reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
