In the game: open Settings (the cog under the shop), tap Delete account, and confirm. Your park, coins, rolls, stickers, friends and everything else about your account are deleted from our server straight away. This cannot be undone, and purchases cannot be restored to a deleted account.
If you can't open the game: email dolphinpunchgames@gmail.com with your player number (shown at the bottom of Settings) or from the address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account and login, your progress, your friends and friend code, the news of pranks and heists involving you, your tournament entries, your Sign in with Apple and Facebook links (we also ask Apple to revoke the game's sign-in), and your phone's notification tokens. The game also asks our analytics service to erase the play statistics sent from that phone. Copies in our backups expire within 14 days. Server logs (IP addresses and times of requests) are kept for up to 90 days for security, then deleted. Records of App Store purchases are kept without anything that links them to you, to handle refunds and keep our accounts.
